We pride ourselves on creating quality and affordable natural skin and hair care products. To ensure your product is completely fresh, we actually hand batch a great deal of our products in small batches, sometimes on a per-order basis.  Because we do not make our products in large quantity but rather, in smaller batches, this does take a bit more time but we feel the quality of the product will be better. Once your order has been received, it is then hand packed and labeled. Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your order, as our products are handmade and small batched.  If the speed of shipping is of big concern to you, we completely understand! Our focus is on your product being fresh and of best quality. Once your product is made it will be shipped to you ASAP.

We value all of our customers and we want you to be completely satisfied with your order! However, due to the nature of the product, we can not accept returns (no exceptions). 

Please notify us of any problems or concerns within 7 days of your order. If you aren't happy with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will do everything within our power to correct any issues. 

We will not be held responsible for items lost by mail carriers. We personally deliver all orders to our local post office. From there your order is in the hands of USPS.
